Composition

Rubus idaeus leaves (raspberry leaves), nepeta cataria (catnip), trigonella foenum-graecum (fenugreek), foeniculum vulgare seeds (fennel seeds), lavandula angustifolia (lavender), Ocimum tenuiflorum (holy basil).

Properties

This herbal tea is based on so-called "galactogenic" plants, meaning they promote the production of breast milk. These include catnip, fenugreek, and fennel seeds. Raspberry is an excellent tonic for the female reproductive system, providing strength and balance. The comforting scent of lavender flowers promotes optimal relaxation.
