RETURN AND REFUND OF MERCHANDISE
For your purchases made in store, You have ten days* to come to the store and obtain either a refund or an exchange.
For your online purchases, You can return your merchandise at your own expense within 15 days of receiving your order. You can obtain a refund* if the merchandise is returned to us in its original condition, i.e., unaltered, with its price tag and in its original packaging if it is a new product. Please note that for an exchange, you will be charged new postage costs.

*FINAL SALE: On unsealed books, personal care and hygiene products, items on sale at 40% or more (EXCEPT the "Children's Mini-Price Clothing Finds" AND "Clothing Samples (Maternity)" sections for which the item is on final sale only if it is at 70% or more off.
Return of merchandise during a PROGRESSIVE BALANCE based on an established purchase amount: an adjustment to the % discount granted will be made to the invoice when a return of merchandise reduces the purchase amount below the threshold established to obtain the discount obtained.

DEFECTIVE ITEM
We will reimburse you for the shipping costs for returning a defective item. We will ship you a new item without any shipping or handling charges. You can return the defective item within 30 days from the date you received your order. You will be eligible for a refund or exchange if the merchandise is returned to us in its original condition, that is, unaltered, with its price tag and in its original packaging, if it is a new product.
DELIVERY CHARGES FOR ONLINE ORDERS AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS (excluding gift cards)
Your delivery is free for purchases of $100 or more, before taxes. This offer is valid for shipments within Quebec only . For any purchase under $100, a flat rate of $10.00 plus taxes will be applied.For all other provinces , your delivery is free for purchases of $150 or more. A shipping rate of $15 will be applied for orders under $150.
We reserve the right to apply additional delivery charges for certain cities and remote areas, as well as for deliveries of packages with unusual dimensions or weights. You will be contacted by a member of our team if additional charges apply.
Orders where the shipping address differs from the billing address and orders over $500 may be subject to certain verifications and may be refunded.
We also reserve the right to reduce or cancel an order if the number of an identical item is high. We will contact you about this.
DELIVERY TIMES
As a general rule, delivery is usually made within three to five working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Please allow up to twelve business days for delivery to more remote areas. These delivery times cannot be guaranteed by Mlle & Coco.
Mlle & Coco disclaims all liability in the event of a deadline not being met caused by an error on the part of the third party making the delivery.
TRACKING YOUR PARCEL
Canada Post will leave the package at the nearest post office if no one is home at the time of delivery to the address provided when ordering. In this case, a Delivery Notice card will be left at the door, giving you the necessary information to retrieve the package. No signature is required upon delivery to the address provided when ordering, but you will be asked to provide valid photo ID at the post office to collect the package.
Please note that PO boxes (PO box numbers) are not accepted for delivery.
We also use Purolator services for parcel delivery where the company has an office nearby.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
Currently, we do not ship any merchandise internationally.
FREE IN-STORE PICKUP
When you shop online, you'll be offered a free "Pick Up In Store" option when you enter your billing information.
UNAVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
Offer dates, prices, or availability of items featured on our site may change without notice. We work diligently to only list available items and regularly update our inventory. However, it is possible that an item, size, or color may be missing from inventory when you place your order. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation indicating the date it was received, the availability, and the price of each item ordered. We may occasionally have to cancel an online order if, for example, the items ordered cannot be shipped due to an unforeseen circumstance. We will then contact you to inform you and explain the situation.
While we strive to accommodate your needs whenever possible, we reserve the right to revise an inaccurate price or item description and to cancel or refuse an order for an item with an inaccurate price or description. Such corrections may be made after the order has been accepted. We will then contact you to inform you and explain the situation.
CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION OF ORDER
If you wish to cancel or modify your order once the transaction has been completed, you must contact us as soon as possible, either by email at info@mlleetcoco.com or by phone at 581 742-4240. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, we cannot modify or cancel an order once it has been shipped. Please see our exchange, return, and refund policy for more information.
Please note that if you cancel the purchase of an item that qualified you for a promotion, special discount, or free shipping, you may no longer be eligible for that promotion or discount.
