This cream is actually an ointment. The word "Cream" on the label is a more familiar term. Like all our products, it has been tested on mothers with babies suffering from diaper rash. The results were unanimous regarding its effectiveness, and we received numerous testimonials to this effect. The texture, scent, and price for a 100g format were also highly appreciated. A thin layer is sufficient, so very little is needed to achieve excellent results.

Other applications
In addition to being great for diaper rash, several moms have told us that this product is very effective against redness on babies' necks due to regurgitation as well as for soothing scratches on toddlers' skin.
You use washable diapers
Unlike Zinc Oxide which leaves a whitish trace clogging the fiber of the fabrics, we use Zinc PCA which does not damage washable diapers made of natural cotton, bamboo or hemp material. In the case of washable diapers made of synthetic material (suede and/or polar), it is better to use a liner during the treatment because these fabrics seem fragile to several ingredients such as beeswax, shea butter... If you use liners and our cream has overflowed a little onto your diaper, wash the stain by hand with warm water and soap to completely remove the residue.

Ingredients (INCI) International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredients
- Helianthus Annuus Sunflower Seed Oil : Sunflower oil, very rich in vitamin E and F. It is nourishing and softening. It does not leave a greasy film on the skin because it is absorbed very quickly.
- Potato Starch (NON-GMO) : Potato starch. Highly absorbent, contains no GMOs unlike corn starch.
- Beeswax : Beeswax protects the skin and allows it to breathe. Rich in vitamin A, it softens, smooths, and nourishes the skin. It also serves as a thickener.
- Lanolin : Lanolin is widely used to moisturize chapped nipples in breastfeeding women because it is completely safe for babies. Lanolin is added to our formulation for its natural emollient and waterproofing properties.
- Calendula Officinalis Flower Oil : Calendula oil is perfect for treating skin problems such as irritations, dry and irritated skin. It is antiseptic, healing, restorative and anti-inflammatory.
- Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter : Shea Butter, contributes to the regulation of skin hydration and has a positive effect on skin elasticity.
- Simmondsia Chinensis (jojoba) Seed oil: Jojoba oil is the closest to the sebum naturally secreted by our glands. Anti-inflammatory and protective, this oil (more of a liquid wax) regenerates the skin.
- Tocopherol : Vitamin E
- Prunus Armeniaca Fruit Extract : Apricot, antioxidant.
- Rosemarinus Officinalis (rosemary) Leaf Extract : Rosemary, purifies and cleanses the skin.

For in-store purchases, you have ten days* to come to the store for either a refund or an exchange.
For online purchases, you may return your merchandise, at your own expense, within 15 days of receiving your order. You can receive a refund* if the merchandise is returned to us in its original, unmodified condition, with its price tag and in its original packaging if it is a new product. Please note that for an exchange, new shipping fees will be charged to you.

DEFECTIVE ITEM
We will refund shipping costs for the return of a defective item. We will ship a new item to you free of charge for shipping or handling. You may return the defective item within 30 days of the date you received your order. You can obtain a refund or exchange if the merchandise is returned to us in its original, unmodified condition, with its price tag and in its original packaging, if it is a new product.
SHIPPING COSTS FOR ONLINE ORDERS AND TERMS (excluding gift cards)
Your delivery is free for purchases of $125 or more, before taxes. This offer is valid for shipments to Quebec and Ontario only. For any purchase under $100, a flat rate of $10.00 plus taxes will be applied.
For all other provinces, your delivery is free for purchases of $200 or more. A shipping fee of $35 will be applied for orders not reaching $200.
We reserve the right to apply additional shipping fees for certain remote cities and regions, as well as for deliveries of packages with abnormal dimensions or weight. You will be contacted by a member of our team if additional fees apply.
Orders where the shipping address differs from the billing address and orders over $500 may be subject to certain checks and may be refunded.
Also, we reserve the right to reduce or cancel an order when the number of identical items is high. We will contact you about this.
DELIVERY TIMES
As a general rule, delivery is usually made within three to five business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
Please allow up to twelve business days for delivery to more remote regions. These deadlines cannot be guaranteed by Mlle & Coco.
Mlle & Coco disclaims all responsibility in the event of a missed deadline caused by an error on the part of the third party performing the delivery.
TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE
Canada Post undertakes to leave the package at the nearest post office if no one is present at the time of delivery to the address provided during the order. In this case, a Delivery Notice Card will be left at the door, providing you with the necessary information to retrieve the package. No signature is required at the time of delivery to the address provided during the order, but a valid photo ID will be requested at the post office to pick up the package.
Please note that post office boxes (P.O. box numbers) are not allowed for delivery.
We also use Purolator's services for package delivery where the company has a nearby office.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
Currently, we do not make any international merchandise shipments.

When you purchase online, the free "In-store pickup" option is offered to you when entering your billing information.

ORDER CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION
If you wish to cancel or modify your order once the transaction is complete, you must contact us as soon as possible, either by email at info@mlleetcoco.com or by phone at (581) 742-4240. We will do our best to satisfy your request. However, we cannot modify or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.
